Mel B’s a bill dodger. The star of TLC’s The Singing Office joined shady hubby Stephen Belafonte in skipping out on a $10,000 bill the couple raked up at the ritzy Hotel de Paris while attending the Monte-Carlo Television Festival earlier this month.
An insider tells Star Magazine: “Stephen gave the front desk a credit card at check-in-but by the time they tried to run it, it was maxed out…When he was asked about it, he apologized and said he’d be right back with one of his wife’s cards-but he never returned.”

My boyfriend and I went to high school with him back in NJ, and let me tell ya, he was the biggest douche bag and con artist you will ever meet, very shady guy.
