Mel B’s new husband is wanted in New Jersey,after he beat a duck to death. The film producer fled to Los Angeles without paying the US $600 fine and will be arrested if he returns to the Garden State.

“A warrant has been issued over unpaid fines and costs relating to an animal control offence” an Ocean County spokeswoman confirmed “He will be arrested if he returns to the area.”

The 32-year-old – who changed his name from Stephen Stansbury to conceal his past – claims that he beat his wife on a “drunk and retarded night.”
