The Broward County Medical Examiner has been called to Joe DiMaggio Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, Florida to retrieve the body of thirty-nine year old Anna Nicole Smith. Anna Nicole died this afternoon after collapsing at the Seminole Hard Rock Cafe Hotel and Casino.
