Matthew McConaughey is developing an animated TV comedy called Rooster Tales based on his brother’s life as an oil tycoon, Variety has learned.

Rooster Tales is named after Matthew’s older brother Michael “Rooster” McConaughey, star of TruTV’s oil reality show Black Gold, and follows the self-professed redneck Southern sheriff who marries a much younger woman from Mexico and gains 14 new family members!
