New pop Matthew McConaughey is lending his voice to a new radio ad spot for the National Cattleman’s Beef Association.

“You see those hickory smoke signals? That’s a sure sign it’s grilling season in the land of lean beef,” the thirty-eight year-old Southern gentleman drawls before delivering the campaign’s trademark slogan: “Beef, it’s what’s for dinner.”
