Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are expecting twin daughters through a surrogate mother, according to The Associated Press.

The Sex And The City actress and her actor husband are “overjoyed,” reps for the stars said Tuesday.

“Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are happily anticipating the birth of their twin daughters later this summer with the generous help of a surrogate.”

The girls will be the second and third children for the couple. They already have a 6-year-old son, James Wilkie.

Sarah Jessica, 44, has been married to 47-year-old Matthew since 1997. Last June, the couple were dogged by split rumors after Star Magazine reported that Matthew had been unfaithful to his wife with a 25-year-old New York woman.
