Masha Markova, a twenty-one year old college student from New York City, has filed a lawsuit against actress Lindsay Lohan for stealing her blonde mink coat from a Chelsea nightclub last January.

As the New York Post reported earlier this month, Masha accused Lindsay of swiping her blonde fur after they both a party at NYC’s 1 OAK on January 26th-the coat was later returned.

In court papers filed in Manhattan on Monday, the Plaintiff states that Lindsay “took wrongful possession of [Markova]‘s Blond Mink Coat with malice, reckless disregard of [Markova]‘s rights, and the intention to convert said property to her own possession and benefit without claim of authority, privilege or right.”

Masha further claims that Lindsay’s “actions were intentional, oppressive and malicious.”

The suit is asking that the court award unspecified damages and attorneys’ fees.
