Actor Mario Lopez will make his Broadway debut in the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winning musical A Chorus Line on Tuesday, April 15, 2008, at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre (236 W 45th St). The dimpled-cheeked cutie will play Zach, a difficult director who is casting the chorus roles for a Broadway musical, through Sunday, September 7, 2008.

“Mario is an enormously talented actor and dancer and we are thrilled to have him make his Broadway debut in A Chorus Line,” said producer John Breglio. “His talents and charm will transfer beautifully to the Broadway stage.”

Mario is also excited about kicking up his heels on Broadway, he says:
