No she is the best she is the richest singer with 750 million dollars sold 275+ million albums got multiple awards and can do things with her voice no 1 else can do (g’10 whistle register) whats wrong with you?! she is clearly the best and has proved it since 1990. Her voice sounds angelic and like an angel to me. she was even named best singer in the world was ranked first in a 2003 MTV and Blender magazine countdown of the 22 Greatest Voices in Music. MARIAH U ARE THE BEST!

No one can be the best or the worst because it’s an opinion. Also, the number of records an artist sells quite often has little direct relationship to their actual talent. Personally I love the Beatles although none of them are great singers. The problem with Mariah for me is that I find her difficult to listen to. To me it sounds like bad opera. The average person can’t even listen to good opera for too long. I can’t even make out the words when she sings. I don’t like her singing, but she’s not the worst ever, BUT SHE MAY BE THE WORST VERY VERY POPULAR SINGER EVER .

whoever has written it, has completely lost his mind.it’s so silly and idiotic to even take names like mariah carey,celine dion, whitney houston in worst singing.if U don’t like them,it’s ok but atleast be honest to yourself…i think mariah is by far one of the best singers of all time…she’s got such a powerful voice and her vocals and pitch is so amazing…..she can be called as a breathless singer….her music is so awesome and so soulful……
i think these people should listen to her first………

This gave me a good laugh. So Mariah is dubbed “the worst singer of all time” and “the worst thing that happened to pop music”, yet the likes of Madonna, Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, etc. still walk among us?
She was listed among Rolling Stone magazine’s 100 best singers of all time, and was voted the voice of the mtv generation. So it doesn’t surprise me that a “publication” in the UK, a region that dwells upon meaningless, bubbly dance music with no substance would vote someone like Carey as the “worst singer of all time”.
The obvious answer to this post would be jealousy. Anywho, as if this laughable excuse of a gimmick would affect Carey or Carey’s career in any shape or form.

Mariah Carey, worst singer of all time? This should go down as the joke of the century. Congrats to that fool who wrote this.

Mariah Carey is the greatest female singer of all time. Her songs are astonishing and it’s an understatement. And just because a couple of fellows cannot connect to her songs, doesn’t mean her songs don’t have any soul. They have more soul than most songs I have ever heard in my life. I can only thank Mariah for all the tough times her songs helped me get through. Songs that can heal…that’s greatness for you.

Mariah is not that good if a british guy said because Mariah has only 1 song that reached number 1… its clear that british people dont like mariah as much as madonna does… but who cares to them… the WORLD likes her…… and thats a 100x a million than british people. ^^
