Mariah Carey “I Want To Know What Love Is” Remake
Songbird Mariah Carey is slated to record a cover of “I Want to Know What Love Is,” the enduring 1984 ballad from British-American rock band Foreigner.
The track is being toted as a potential single for Madame Butterfly’s latest album due out later this year–much to the chagrin of Latin salsa star Marc Anthony, who had been hoping to purchase the rights to the song for a remake of his own.

I love it. mariah carey has a way of naking remakes sound like they are her own songs and this is no exception. the song is great and the choir at the end adds a little something special to the song, sure she doesn’t sound the same as she did 10 years ago but she is still one hell of a vocalist.
