Acclaimed fashion designer Marc Jacobs and his fiance Lorenzo Martone plan to adopt a child.

Grazia writes: Since Lorenzo popped the question, the pair have been considering finding a baby girl to live with them in their new West Village house in New York.

Marc and Lorenzo, who got engaged last week, are currently on vacation in Lorenzo’s homeland of Brazil.
