Male “Late Night” Employee Accusing Jimmy Fallon Of Sexual Bias
A former stage manager for NBC’s Late Night with Jimmy Fallon has filed a sexual discrimination complaint against the comic, claiming he was demoted and replaced by a less qualified female employee, E! Online reported Thursday.
According to a complaint filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York Division of Human Rights this week, Paul Tarascio — who previously worked on Late Night with Conan O’Brien for 14 years — claims he was replaced as first stage manager when Fallon took over the program because “Jimmy preferred taking directions from a woman.”
