Last week, Madonna found herself in some very public hot water when she was caught on tape dissing the hydrangeas given to her by a fan at the Venice Film Festival.

Now she’s issued a Madge-approved rebuttal to the brouhaha.

Everyone’s favorite Material Girl filmed this little silent-film of herself in which she spoofs hydrangea-gate by first apologizing and pretending to adore hydrangeas — before later stomping them to bits.

Which is probably pretty much what happened after that video of her showing her true colors as a pretentious snot went viral.
