Madonna has sparked speculation that she’s undergone a radical new treatment to preserve her looks after appearing as fresh-faced as her 22-year-old boyfriend in recent photographs.

Specialists believe the 50-year-old pop star may have had a “ribbon lift.”

“[A tube-like device] is tunnelled under the skin and has lots of tiny hooks that attach to the muscle and tissue,” plastic surgeon Alex Karidis explains. “We then pull it upwards to lift the whole area.”
