Madonna was rushed to the hospital on Saturday after she fell off her horse while horseback riding in the Hamptons.

Madonna was visiting the home of photographer Steven Klein, just outside New York City, when she took a spill. She was wearing full riding gear, including a helmet, at the time of the accident.

According to The Daily Telegraph, the Material Girl was taken to the hospital for precautionary measures; she suffered no serious injuries.

Madonna was released from Southampton Hospital with minor injuries and bruises, her spokeswoman Liz Rosenberg said in a statement Saturday.

“The accident occurred when the horse Madonna was riding was startled by paparazzi who jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer who was visiting friends on Eastern Long Island over the weekend. Madonna will be having further tests and continues to remain under observation by doctors.”
