Macrida Patterson Victoria’s Secret Thong Lawsuit “Today” Video
Some bobblehead is suing Victoria’s Secret because she injured her eye while putting on her thong underwear. (Insert eye-rolling here.) Macrida Patterson, of Los Angeles, California, says a piece of metal from her decorative Vic’s Secret butt floss popped into her eye while she was getting dressed.

You know, I personally never have thought of “thongs” as underwear, as underwear is supposed to provide a buffer between your bare skin and your clothing, and since it doesn’t really do that, it’s more of an unseen, sometimes unfortunately seen, fashion statement. As for this lawsuit, as uncomfortable as wearing this garment is, I can’t even imagine it decorated with anything that is sharp, like a whatever it was that hit her in the eye, but my take, you buy thongs embroidered with sharp things, you’re taking a risk, whether they actually fly off and hit you in the eye or not, something is going to get injured.
