Britney Spears is furious over mom Lynne Spears’ $500,000 plans to publish all of her secrets in her Mother Day 2008 200 page memoir Pop Culture Mom: A Real Story of Fame and Family In A Tabloid World.

“Britney feels betrayed by her mom…Britney’s shocked at her mother’s contradictions-and she’s livid about the book deal,” a tabloid mole reports. “Britney went crazy, screaming at Jamie Lynn over the phone that their mother was a ‘liar’ and a ‘bitch.’”

“Lynne knows all of Brit’s dirty laundry, including the history of her boozing, drug use, and one night stands with random guys,” says a Star Magazine source.

“She has tons of stories, and Britney is warning her to keep her mouth shut.”
Britney is embarrassed at the prospect of her humble beginnings being exposed.

“There were many times they went without meat on the dinner table and lived paycheck to paycheck,” reveals a family insider. “It’s sad, but Britney sees anything related to her childhood as something to hide.”
