As we previously snitched, Britney Spears met with her lawyer last week in reference to taking out a restraining order keeping her mother away from her tots Sean Preston and Jayden James. X17 is now dishing that Lynne Spears is an addict with a dependancy on pain killers and that said restraining order could come as early as Monday.

According to X17:

Our source tells us that the paperwork is completed and that Britney is claiming her mother is abusing prescription pain medication and that she should be kept away from Sean and Jayden. The papers are supposed to be filed today or tomorrow.
