Britney Spears has taken her Circus Tour to London — with disastrous results.

The top-selling tour is being panned all over the UK following Spears’ opening show at the British capital’s O2 Arena on Wednesday.

“The costumes are pretty skimpy and there’s nowhere the set designers haven’t contrived to put a pole for her to gyrate around,” ripped one critic for British newspaper The Guardian. “And yet there’s something unsexy about all of it, possibly because there’s something weirdly characterless about the woman at its centre: you’d happily trade some of the special effects for the sense of Spears actually engaging with her audience rather than slickly going through the motions.”

She’s just a Madonna wannabe. 2nd class voice, 3rd class dancing ability, no class behavior equals half empty venues and shortened tours ahead.

I myself was at the tour on Saturday night and although I had awful seats I enjoyed it immensly. The set up, the show itself and actually seeing the one and only Britney Spears was a pleasure. It was obvious that a lot of hard work and effort had been put into the show and it al paid off. In relation to comments about her outfits??? Its a part of her style and what singers today wear jeans and shirts and dont show any flesh? None. I would like to see these people that complain about her show get up and stage and do better. Good luck.

there probably are complainers who could put on a better show. i’ve sure seen better on a club dance floor, on a weekend, without the hours of rehearsal. not hatin’. just givin’ you the facts!!
