Remember those leaked Lindsay Lohan/Samantha Ronson love notes transported to Star Mag via Lindsay’s Myspace? Well, the flopped ‘Rumors’ singer is planning to release a new album with several intimate songs dedicated especially to Sammy R.

“Lindsay has been writing song lyrics about everything from her problems with her mom and dad to not being able to trust anyone,” says a source. “But the most meaningful songs are about her ‘special’ friend. Lindsay feels really good about her writing. She knows people will see a new side of her and not be so quick to judge,” according to Star’s source.

“By writing down all her feelings in song lyrics and poems, she has been able to understand herself and her addictions more clearly. She’s hoping that everyone who hears the contents of her rehab diary will do the same.”

“Babe, if I don’t have you in my life then I should just go die,” the rehabbing actress wrote in one late-night posting, after she and Sam had an explosive online lovers’ spat.

“Your [sic] all I have to live for, babe. I want to marry you and have children with you. I need you to live!” Lindsay typed.

According to a spywitness: “The rumors about them hooking up are totally true,” a pal told Star in April. “Lindsay is trying to be low-key about it, but everyone knows that they are way more than friends.”
