Lindsay Lohan Warrant Dismissed
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge dismissed an arrest warrant for actress Lindsay Lohan this morning, saying the actress has been complying with the terms of her probation, although she does need to present her treatment program with better documentation if she wants to avoid future legal troubles.
Her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley appeared before judge Marsha Revel in a Beverly Hills criminal court on Monday morning to show evidence that the Labor Pains actress had not actually violated her probation agreement for the aforementioned DUI charges.
The warrant was quashed in a matter of minutes.
The judge also noted that Lindsay has not failed any drug or alcohol tests.
On Friday, the Beverly Hills Police Department issued a warrant for Lohan’s arrest admist claims that she had violated her probation stemming from a series of DUI-related offenses in 2007.
