Lindsay Lohan Sued In Connection With 2005 Car Crash

Lindsay Lohan is being sued for the October 2005 car crash in which the substance abusing actress plowed her Mercedes into a van in Beverly Hills. Grandeur Inc. is seeking $3,624.84 in damages.
Lindsay was heading north on Robertson Boulevard-near Ivy and other celebrity hotspots, when she crashed the same black Mercedes convertible totaled over the Memorial Day weekend during a curbside collision, into the maroon Chevy Astro Van that was making an illegal U-turn.
An entertainment reporter on-site witnessed the crash said that Li-Lo was “driving really fast.”
The driver of the Chevy was rushed to a nearby hospital after suffering “moderate injuries.”
Lindsay and her passenger ducked into a nearby boutique fleeing the tow-truck and the Beverly Hills Police Department (Very similar to how the actress fled the scene of her recent May 2007 car crash), but were also later treated for “minor injuries.”
