Lindsay Lohan Sued For Stealing Sevin Nyne Spray Tan Formula
Lindsay Lohan has been sued over the recently-released spray tan in a can collection that she claimed to have invented.
Jennifer Sunday, a chemist from Tampa, Florida, has filed a lawsuit against the 23-year-old actress, claiming Lohan swiped her formula and created the Sevin Nyne Spray Tan Collection, which launched earlier this summer, The St. Petersburg Times reports.
Sunday claims Lindsay in cahoots with business partner, Lorit Simon, ripped her off.
“The next thing we know, Lorit Simon and Lindsay Lohan are partnering and Ms. Lohan is taking credit for developing this formula, which she indeed had no role in… “ Marcia Cohen, an attorney for the chemist said Monday.
“We are certainly looking for the profits that are being generated right now from the product.”
Sunday is suing Lohan, Simon, and the Lohan’s Las Vegas-based company for theft of trade secrets and breach.
A representative for Lindsay Lohan has declined to comment on the matter.
