A member of the paparazzi is suing Yayo-Lovin’ Lindsay Lohan and her mother, former Radio City Rockette Dina Lohan, for allegedly running him down in New York City back in March.

According to the court papers filed on Thursday, photographer Giovanni Arnold claims he “sustained severe and permanent personal injuries” due to the incident.

The shutterbug is asking the court for a monetary judgement “which exceeds the jurisdictional limits of all lower courts which would otherwise have jurisdiction.”
