Lindsay Lohan is facing the wrath of Motown Records executives after a nearly two month delay of the release of her upcoming third album, Spirit in the Dark.

The album, which will feature production and appearances by Akon, Ne-Yo, and Pharrell, was originally scheduled for release in November.
