Lindsay Lohan, who has ‘wrecked a marriage’ and boinked Sonny Bono’s baby boy during her third rehab stint of 2007, recently sparked a fistfight between two males at the Cirque Lodge Rehab Center where the star has been detoxing since August.

Celebrity goss columnist Mike Walker claims the trouble started when HOhan was spied making out with one male patient and then abruptly stopped to make googly-eyes at another!

“Everyone saw the showdown coming when Guy No.1 started warning Guy No. 2 to stop horning in,” says a spywitness.

“Lindsay just sat back innocently, watching the jealousy build-and the guy finally started beating the hell out of each other.”

Lohan giggled as staffers emerged to break up the brawl.

Later on, Lindsay’s therapy group confronted her. The one-time A-lister was accused of setting the two men up, but La Lohan defiantly denied using ho tendencies to create Cirque Lodge’s own Trojan War.
