Lindsay Lohan won’t be moving back into her Summer 2007 home at the Sierra Towers in West Hollywood if the luxury property’s Home Owners Association has anything to say about it.

“She was a disgrace when she lived here, no respect for the other tenants. I’d be leaving for work early in the morning and I would see her staggering in drunk,” one tenant tells Page Six.

“We don’t want her back here especially after those pictures surfaced yesterday of her slipping while sipping from that champagne bottle,” the snitch continues, “It’s really sad to see but we just don’t want that kind of attention at our building, clearly she hasn’t changed much.”
