Lindsay Lohan wants ONE MILLION DOLLARS for a nightclub to host her 21st birthday.

Blo-han has already turned down a $250,000 offer from the Palms hotel and casino in Las Vegas.

“I’m gonna milk it because it’s a big birthday and it’s been a long time coming for some of my friends who have clubs out in L.A.,” Lindsay told Ellen bedside when she appeared on the talk show on May 2nd.

“They don’t have to worry about getting into trouble, um, because I’m underage.” Lindsay, of course, has cut her teeth on the Hollywood club scene since she was a teenage drama queen, and the lifestyle drove her to rehab even before she could legally order alcoholic drinks.

Lindsay’s pants burned with righteous flames on Ellen while she discussed the hoopla surrounding the filming of her upcoming film Georgia Rule. The notorious letter scolding her “all night partying” that was issued by James G. Robinson, the studio prez behind the film, was all a misunderstanding, she claims. “I was sick,” she told Ellen. “I had a really bad asthma attack.”

When the scandal broke last summer, Jane Fonda went on Access Hollywood and tsk-tsked Lindsay for her bad-girl party ways. “I think every once in a while, a very, very young person who is burning both ends of the candle needs to have somebody say, ‘You know, you’re going to pay the piper,’” she said, adding, “I just want to take her in my arms and hold her until she becomes grown-up. She’s so young and she’s so alone out there in the world in terms of structure and, you know, people to nurture her. And she’s so talented.” Lindsay described Jane as “amazing” on Ellen, but not without taking a beat.

While the actress has been promoting Georgia Rule, she’s left juicy unsolved mysteries in her wake. Asked in another interview if she is currently involved with Jude Law, who, at 34, is 14 years older than her, she demured and said, “I’m having fun right now. There’s obviously someone I like.” Jude’s publicist denied they were an item. Since Lindsay is under paparazzi surveillance about 125% of the time, the jig has gotta be up sooner than later.
