Lindsay Lohan has suffered a relapse, if inside sources for Star Magazine are to be believed. Friends and family members are concerned that Lindsay, whose sordid past already included at least two trips to rehab, recently returned to the drinking and regular cocaine use that was once a mainstay for the 22-year-old actress.

“Lindsay’s been drinking, doing cocaine and causing all-around mayhem for the past few months,” an insider tells Star. “She quit going to Alcoholics Anonymous and has absolutely never taken recovery seriously. She’s gotten progressively worse, and everyone in her life is really scared.”
