With a propensity for drug and sex addictions successfully conquered one day at a time, tabloid tattles claim Lindsay Lohan could be battling her next serious addiction-this time to plastic surgery. “All she talks about is what surgery she wants next.”

The already chronic tanner had collagen lip injections during a private house call earlier this month. Now the star is consisting more nipping and tucking in a bid for the perfect body.

“Lindsay always compares herself to other girls in Hollywood. She flips through magazines, pooring over other girls’ pictures,” says a source who gave In Touch Weekly the Lowdown on Lohan.

“Lindsay is obsessed with improving her appearance.”

Lindsay is considering liposuction to shed some extra pounds she packed on while battling substance abuse at Utah’s Cirque Lodge Rehab.

“She is extremely self-conscious about her weight. She knows her entire career revolves around her looks and she is very competitive,” a pal reports to In Touch.

“She is very critical of herself. She just wants to be sexy.”
