After spilling his guts to the British tabs, Lindsay Lohan’s one-time rehab lover, Riley Giles, is shopping semi-X-rated flicks of the Mean Girls star to the highest-bidder.

TMZ reports:

The extreme sports wannabe sold a series of photos from when they were together — including a straight out of MySpace self-photo of Lindsay in front of a bathroom mirror — holding up her shirt and showing off her fantastic stomach. Rehab does a body good!
