Tattling tipster tells TMZ.com that the two-time rehab loser — a noted cocaine user and alcoholic — has developed a nasty addiction to methamphetamine and opiates, which spies call the star’s “drugs of choice.”

That’s a lot of substances for a girl who recently celebrated her 24th birthday.

Lohan doesn’t need to go far for her next rehab date. The incarcerated actress is reportedly getting the court-ordered 90-day treatment in California right after she gets out of jail. She’ll reportedly check into the Moringside Treatment Center in Malibu — a rehab facility that specializes in treating addicts dependent on meth.
