Lindsay Lohan MTV Australia Video Music Awards 2008
Lindsay Lohan will be a “Guest of Honor” at the MTV Australia Video Music Awards on April 26th.
The routine rehabber sparked a silent war between executives at MTV Russia and MTV Australia over who get LiHO in the house for their respective VMAs. Both nations are holding the annual awards ceremony just one week apart, but Lindsay could only commit to one or the other.
“We’re in negotiations with Lindsay’s people, but it’s a money battle at the moment with MTV Russia,” an MTV Australia spokesperson said at the time.
Looks like Australia has deeper pockets.
