Lindsay Lohan is facing legal action from a former friend who claims the actress owes him more $10,000 in car rental fees.

DeSantis claims Lohan owes his company, Speciality Car Craft, $10,620 for a number of cars she rented in May 2009. With expenses such as towing and detailing, Lindsay is running a tab of $12,310.

In March, the troubled former child star, now 23, crashed a luxury Maserati she borrowed from DeSantis — he forgave her for the incident. The whip was later put on auction website eBay.com to recoup the costs – but DeSantis won’t excuse his old chum for stiffing him and tells TMZ.com that he is considering taking legal action against Lohan for the unpaid bill.
