Lindsay Lohan has entered rehab for addiction, according to a statement released late Wednesday by the twenty year old actress.

“I have made a proactive decision to take care of my personal health,” the star said in her statement. “I appreciate your well wishes and ask that you please respect my privacy at this time.”

According to US Weekly, L.L entered rehab at a facility called Wonderland Center on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. The facility is in Los Angeles’ Laurel Canyon community.

The Mean Girl skipped the Golden Globes, but did attend Prince’s party at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel (the same one from the 1990 film “Pretty Woman) where sources report her appearing “out of it.”

This comes after a weekend of partying at Hollywood’s Les Deux Lounge almost got LiLo jumped by a gang of angry clubgoers awaiting the bathroom. Earlier that day, L.L’s mom, Dina, was accused of being diddled under a napkin in a New York City restaurant by a much younger man. No word on what substance Lindsay is seeking addiction treatment for.
