One day after her arrest for Driving Under the Influence in what appears to be a cocaine-related hit and run accident, Lindsay Lohan was spotted early Monday morning at a Los Angeles area gas station completely out of it. Lindsay and lesbian DJ friend Samantha Ronson were leaving a Memorial Day pool party at Teddy’s at the Roosevelt Hotel around 4 am.
