In case you haven’t heard, habitual rehabber Lindsay Lohan is back on the booze. The out-of-work former child star, now 22, was caught by a surveillance camera mixing herself an alcoholic beverage and drinking it while GF Samantha Ronson DJed at Lotus Nightclub in Washington, D.C. last month.

This is the second time in the year since Lindsay left Utah’s Cirque Lodge Rehab Center that the star has been snapped drinking in public.

Just think, in a couple of months she’ll be back to sniffing blow and hijacking for high-speed chases across Los Angeles.
