So much for her ambitions of higher education. Lindsay Lohan, who is spending five days with her dad filing out college applications at the Sundance Resort in Sundance, Utah, will begin filming ‘Dare To Love Me’ immediately following her mid-October release for Cirque Lodge Rehab.

“Lindsay will have a counselor with her the entire time,” says a L&S insider. “Until filming is over, she wants to go to a rehab clinic at night.”

Lindsay may return to Cirque Lodge once filming wraps up.

And since tango is big part of ‘Dare,’ Lindsay has been spending her time at Cirque Lodge learning the classic dance.

“I have been going to Utah for the past three weeks and will continue to go,” says dance teacher Gloria Otero.

“We practice Friday and Saturdays. It’s been really good working with her-she’s doing well and has become a great dancer.”
