Star Magazine claims that Lindsay Lohan is one antic away from being booted from the Cirque Lodge Rehab Facility in Utah. According to the tab, Lindsay, who will be in Los Angeles Court on DUI charges on Friday, is suspected of using drugs and being uncooperative during her hiking and tanning stay at the Lodge. Lindsay is rumored to have refused random drug testing and and snuck out with a guy she met soon after arriving at the facility.

“Lindsay got called into the director’s office on August 15 and was questioned about drugs,” says the source. “When ordered to take a drug test, she reluctantly complied but screamed and cursed at the medical director before storming out the room. She was told that if she couldn’t conform to the program she’d have to leave.”

The fallen starlet recently invited OK! Magazine to the facility for an impromptu photoshoot.
