RadarOnline has gotten its hands on exploisve audio of some of Lindsay Lohan’s dramatic phone calls to her estranged father as she desperately begs for help!

In nearly three minutes of a recorded audio tape, Lindsay — at times sobbing uncontrollably — laments about her tabloid-prone lifestyle and her troubled on-again/off-again romance with DJ Samantha Ronson.

The tape is the first of several which were recorded from phone calls Lindsay and her mom Dina made to Lindsay’s dad Michael Lohan.
