Lindsay Lohan was left green with envy after a chance encounter with Gossip Girl star Blake Lively in New York City last week.

The trouble started when Blake swung by the Queens, NY set of ABC’s Ugly Betty to say ‘Hello’ to her Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants co-star America Ferrera.

Lindsay had been filming a guest-starring role for the show’s upcoming season, but Blake’s impromptu visit caused the caravan of snapping shutterbugs that had been following LiLo to ditch the routine rehabber and began photographing Blake instead.

A livid Lindsay slithered back to her trailer unnoticed, a New York Post spy gushes.
