Reportedly pregnant Lindsay Lohan has for assault and negligence by Tracie Rice, a passenger in a car the actress was spied chasing before her second DUI arrest in July.

“What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible,” Ms. Rice says in a statement. “Someone could easily have been killed or seriously hurt because of her irresponsible decisions that evening.”

Lindsay “put me through one of the most frightening experiences of my life.”

LiLo is also facing a lawsuit from the three young men in the SUV with her during the hot pursuit.
