Lindsay Lohan is desperate to star as Alice in Tim Burton’s remake of the Lewis Carroll’s fantasy classic Alice in Wonderland. The new Disney production will feature both live action and performance-capture animation to create the fantasy world.

Lindsay said: “I just hope they don’t want an unknown, I really want this part.”
Director Tim Burton describes his Wonderland remake as: “It’s just such a classic, and the imagery is so surreal. I don’t know – I’ve never seen a version where I feel like they got it all. It’s a series of weird adventures, and to try to do it where it works as a movie will be interesting. The stories are like drugs for children, you know? It’s like, ‘Whoa, man.’ I think it’s an interesting challenge to direct.”

Lindsay Lohan is far too comercial to star in a Tim Burton film- also she has only really starred in romatic comedys and teenage comedy films so its hard to picture her doing something alot more surreal. I’m glad the other girl was chosen as she has more of an unusual look, not to mention she looks the right age for Alice.
I’v loved Alice In Wonderland since i was little and i cant wait to see this film.
