Reportedly broke Lindsay Lohan has a filed a countersuit against restaurant employee Raymundo Ortega in Los Angeles Superior Court, following Raymundo’s claim that Hohan “consumed alcohol and became intoxicated” before smashing into his van on October 4, 2005. Lindsay’s countersuit alleges Ray and several unnamed defendants were responsible the October 2005 crash. The actress is seeking $75,000. A trial for both lawsuits has been set for Apr. 7, 2008.
