Friends of the Lohan clan are concerned with the amount of time out-of-work actress Lindsay Lohan is spending with her 15-year-old sister, Ali.

In recent weeks, the young brunette has been spotted accompanying her 22-year-old big sis on a vacation to Hawaii and out on the town with her to parties, while she is supposed to be being home-schooled by family matriarch, Dina Lohan.

“There seems to be a lack of parental guidance,” a Lohan insider told The NY Post’s Page Six column on Friday. “[Mom] Dina took Ali out of school and now all she does is hang out with Lindsay (right) — who is back to drinking and partying hard. Ali is now wearing really skimpy outfits, and it’s just sad. No one is in control. Where are children’s services? Where is Dina?”
