Lily Allen suffered a wardrobe malfunction while on a break from shooting a music video for her new single 22. The “Smile” singer was left red-faced after accidentially baring her left breast on set Monday.

Lily wore full-length one-shouldered dress to film the promo, but a sudden gust of wind left the singer with an exposed boob and she was forced to hurriedly cover up.

A source tells The Daily Mirror: “Lily is in fantastic shape and was keen to show off her curves. As with most of her videos, there are quite a few surprises in store.”
