Lily Allen is looking to snatch up a London property that she can use as a rental.

Lily, 24, already owns a swanky three-bedroom house in Northwest London’s Queens Park community, but she’s eager to take advantage of the low retail estate prices available during the recession.

“Lily is quite careful when it comes to money and realises she may not be well off for ever. She’s looking to take advantage of the low house prices and will rent out.”
