Lifetime “Blonde Charity Mafia” Reality Series

Lifetime is planning a reality show about women I try to avoid: Georgetown socialites.
The six-episode series, Blonde Charity Mafia, will follow the lives of Katherine Kennedy, Krista Johnson, and Sophie Pyle, three twentysomething socialites clawing their way to the top of Washington’s social circuit. Think of it as The Hills with the U.S Capitol as a backdrop.
“Katherine, Krista and Sophie are at the epicenter of Georgetown’s young cultural scene,” says Lifetime senior vice president of reality programming Jessica Samet. “This absorbing series will pull the curtain back on the fragility of friendship among the beautiful, wealthy and powerful.”
