Leonardo DiCaprio will reportedly play J. Edgar Hoover, the first man to head up the Federal Bureau of Investigation, in a Clint Eastwood-directed biopic bound for the box office, Deadline.com said Friday.

Oscar-winning Milk screenwriter Dustin Lance Black has penned the treatment for the Warner Bros. film, which will mark the first time Scorsese fave DiCaprio and Hollywood heavyweight Eastwood have worked together.
