Legal Action Threatened Over Paris’ Exposure

Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis and hotel heiress Paris Hilton are threatening legal action against the owners of Parisexposed.com, a recently launched website that specializes in auctioning off Paris Hilton’s sex tapes, miscarriage documents, and herpes medication.

J.F admits to trying to purchase the items from the site’s brokers, but wasn’t willing to shell out a million dollars of the cash that he’s racked in off of drunk college chicks on Spring Break over the course of the last decade.

“I was actually trying to negotiate to get my tapes back, but we were unsuccessful. They had asked me for $7 million bucks,” KJ.F told E! News.

“At Girls Gone Wild there’s a reason why we get consent from people. Because we can’t disseminate their image without their permission.”

“I shot the tapes and there are pictures of me and somebody else disseminated it without my permission. This was meant to be a (private) video that I made with my girlfriend at the time, who was Paris Hilton.”

Joe claims that P.H is “devastated” over yet another exposure-(Insert whining violins here.)
